The location is perfect if you travel by train to other parts of Spain. The breakfast was excellent. Room is clean. Staff is friendly. Check-in and check-out was very fast and efficient.

The hotel seems very dated, floor tiles are broken, wall paper damaged, furniture is ancient. In the room, there are 3 glasses but no complementary water, no kettle and a hair dryer from 30 years ago. The room has heating, so I wasn’t cold, but the bedlinnen is old and there isn’t a decent duvet, just a blanket wrapped in sheets. Overal, not worth the almost €200.

This Hotel is an excellent choice to stay close to the Chamartin Station. The breakfast was good and the room was big with all comforts needed.

Not worth the price they are asking

It's just at the Chamartin station, so if you want to go to Univeridad Autonoma it is very convenient. It's clean, the room is big with big windows. Overall OK.

The room is poorly lit, cold, neon light gives a hospital vibe. The interior design is poor. The walls are cracking a little. The room is poorly isolated and the neighbors were noisy, so I couldn't sleep till 1am even though I had to work the next day. The breakfast offer is poor considering the price - no cereals, but a lot of different varieties of sausages. Overall, not worth the price they are asking.

We were there because the hotel is close to a club in Madrid. Very convenient to our interest. The room was comfortable and met our expectations for its price

OK for a night if you need to use the train station, but not great value for money.

Very close to the train station. The room was clean but rather small. The room had a fridge with complementary water.

There's a lot of construction going on at the moment. The room was fine but was overpriced, I did not get good value for money. I would have liked to go for a walk around the local area, but the roads didn't seem usable for pedestrians

The One is a perfect place for proximity to Chamartin Station

The location of the One is perfect for people arriving by train to Madrid. We also used it as a base to get to the airport and it was perfect! The breakfast was pricey (13 euros/person) but in my opinion, worth it. It was an abundant buffet with hot and cold choices and multiple cups of coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful with all of our questions. They provided a nice map of the subway and train lines which was very helpful.

There was a lot of ambient noise from the other rooms and hallways. If you don't wear earplugs and you aren't a heavy sleeper, this might be a problem. The area is under construction and it will be great when finished, but at the moment it is a bit of a construction zone.

Very convenient location, a few steps from the Chamartin train station and the metro. Big room, clean.

There is no tea kettle in the room, would be nice to have warm water to drink.

Great Location. Just near chamartin central train station. Didn't have time to eat breakfast. The room was big and tidy. Though the lights were rather dim

The entrance floor is -2 The restaurant and breakfast floor is 0 The view on the elevators is quite perplexing...if someone comes while you're waiting for the proper elevator, it gets all mixed up

A very comfortable hotel handy for Chamartin Station.

The hotel is close to Chamartin Station so very handy for rail travellers. The rooms are very comfortable clean and spacious. Staff are helpful and friendly

Outside can get a bit noisy, but that is not the fault of the hotel. There are a lot of building works going on, but it did not cause us any problems
